Everyone needs a little luck – hopefully today is your lucky day. Four leaf clovers have been presumed to ward off back luck and purported to bring good luck. Carry this four-leaf clover breathing exercise everywhere you go. When needed take a mindful breath with your four-leaf clover. Follow the guided 4-4-4 breathing exercise as you listen to soothing music and watch your lucky four-leaf clover turn to full color. Take a minibreak - breathe mindfully - inhale for a count of 4 - hold for a count of 4 - exhale for a count of 4. Repeat as needed.
